The location was convenient. It made exploring easy. i appreciated the self-service laundry, quite helpful after some days. the lounge service stood out, offering attentive support for every need. the entree portions from room service were generous, good for sharing and enjoying together.
The gym felt a bit warm. Better air conditioning would enhance comfort.

The hotel is near tanjong pagar mrt station. Accessibility is a definite plus. it makes moving around simple, great for spontaneous trips across the area without major planning. It's near places of interest.

The buffet breakfast had many choices. I especially appreciated the variety. the staff was very friendly and always greets you with smile even if they are busy. i liked the options, though more unique dishes would expand the experience.

spacious room wide variety friendly staff
The club room was very spacious , and the air conditioning worked efficiently. Breakfast had a wide variety of options available for everyone. The concierge desk staff was helpful , especially Wan. I also found Kamal to be very great.

The hotel is located in a financial district , providing convenient access to business areas. Tanjong Pagar MRT station is about a 10-minute walk. Chinatown is also easily accessible by foot.

acceptable location nearby eateries poor air conditioning uncomfortable heat
the location was acceptable with shops and eateries nearby.
The gym was a real letdown. The air conditioning barely worked, and it became uncomfortably hot very quickly. this. i think they should fix the ac.
